I arrived a little early to Annie Leibovitz's presentation of Women at LACMA, so I decided to wander a bit. It was the first time I've been to LACMA since they redesigned it. I had brought both my Widelux and a roll of Cinestill BWXX for Annie's talk, but after I saw the new buildings at LACMA, I couldn't resist loading up my camera and taking some photos.
It was so nice to see Annie share her photos and tell the stories behind them. When she got to her photo of Lady Gaga, she explained how Lady Gaga took off her clothes and took the pose in the studio. "I don't make people do things... they just do it," she said. Everyone laughed.
